Don't turn your vehicle over just to anyone. Ask how much experience the person has who is actually
working on your vehicle. Most detail shops have a high turnover rate with new people starting regularly.
Make sure the person working on your pride and joy is not "Training" on your vehicle. Also, we've been told

Winter Months
December, January and February are our three most challenging months due to the cold. We are unable to work
if the temperature is below 40 degrees even though water freezes at 32 degrees. Our cleaning solutions must be used
above these temperatures. If your water is turned off we can bring our own warm water to pamper your vehicle.
Just like washing your clothes, warm water cleans better and cuts through the dirt much faster. However, we can
only carry so much. There MAY be an additional fee of $10 per service during the winter months IF a customer's
outside water is turned off for the winter, if their car is heavily covered in road salt/de-icer or if we do not have access
 to a utility sink or mudroom which many homes have as you walk in from the garage. We may only have to do this
until spring when everyone turns their outside water back on. Please let us know about your water situation during the
winter months when you call.
